Good experience overall. Wait time was reasonable. My vehicle’s interior remained the same cleanliness as when I handed the keys over. I trust they do an overall good service at this location.

Jason McCollum is friendly, professional, listened well to ensure he understands my car repair needs. Followed up with me before repair started to explain the process clearly. After fuel pump was replaced, my car runs like a dream. Thank you!

Joseph Uyenco 7 months ago

Got my transmission fluid drain and refill at this place and Alex and his team provided great service and communication about my car while it was being worked on. They finished the job in the time they promised. IMHO this place provides dealership quality work (if not better) not to mention their prices are reasonable and lower than most dealerships. Highly recommend getting AAA membership as it pays off with all discounts they have available to you and the peace of mind as a car owner.

I rarely leave reviews, but the team at AAA San Jose Brokaw Commons truly deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. They handled my vehicle service with professionalism, transparency, and a genuine sense of care that’s hard to come by these days. Every step of the way, they kept me informed and made sure I understood what was being done. It wasn’t just a routine service — it felt like they actually cared about me and the safety of my car. The team worked efficiently, answered all my questions without rushing, and treated my time with respect. This wasn’t just good customer service — it was excellent. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely want to help people. I left feeling confident in my vehicle and grateful for the experience. If you need car service and want peace of mind, I highly recommend stopping by this AAA location.
